We respect the confidentiality of those who report violations concerning institutional integrity (fraud and corruption), AML/CFT compliance, ethics, or projects complaints related to environmental or social harm allegedly caused by projects we finance. The Bank's Whistleblower Policy protects whistleblowers. No retaliation is permitted against a whistleblower . No retaliation means that if you report a concern in good faith, you cannot be subject to any form or victimization or adverse employment action including separation, demotion, suspension or loss of benefits because of the report.
